Hopefully some of you will find these useful. It's my EJ20 into a '78 Bay using an RJES bellhouse.
Feel free to use them but credit me and VWKD for using them

Custom Off Road's Throttle Body installation
There's about 1/2" clearance between it and the firewall

Just behind and under the inverter you can see a black tube. This connects the rocker covers and one of the crankcase breathers to the air intake tube. I used 2x T-pieces and some 15mm copper pipe to make it. There's some bits of pipe to stop it rattling

Air Intake
Fabricated using a 76mm (3") Ally Tube (bought from Motorworld) and some ally tube from B & Q (Home Improvement place if there's Americans reading). I had the bits TIG'd by a friend.

You can see the breather (mentioned above) joining on the RHS. The one on the LHS (22mm tube and 90° bend used) is the Idle Air Control breather.
I sliced the end that joins the TB, cut a m/cycle inner tube as a gasket & Jubilee clipped it on. The tube I/D is slightly greater than the TB O/D - job done.

General Engine Bay shots through hatch

The braided hose (top right) is the brake servo line

Header Tank
Vauxhall "summatorother"

Reversed Water Manifold
Proves it ain't a Photoshop Job Wink

General Engine bay shots
The filter's an Apexi

Yeah, I still have some tidying up to do.
Hope these help guys Grin

Looking good - a realy neat installation. I've borrowed your pics for my site, which I'm about 3/4 of the way htrough a fairly major update of. It'll possibly be online this weekend. I'll credit them as requested

no critisism intended here just what ive seen and talked about.
on the performance type cars they dont vent the crank case breathers back into the inlet manifold cos its dirty oil polluted and hot air, which isnt great if you would like that little bit more.they get vented to atmosphere via button filters or use an oil catch can.and it cuts down on pipework running around the engine bay Grin saying that its only on my drag car that i dont vent back into manifold .on the vans its just button filters on the rocker cover vents Grin

I did wonder about that - would have saved me getting some TIG work done.
Still it only cost me a Mars Bar Wink
