Can I ask how people have overcome the connection of the breather from the fuel tank to a carb (standard lawn mower) when changing over to an injection engine?
as an added complication my bay has had most of the metal breather pipes removed so only have a condenser on one side. _________________ '79 Bay running citroen 1.9td and phat tyres! |

Just connect the breather to your air filter. Fuel fumes will be sucked into the engine, and there will be no smell or dangerous fumes in the engine compartment. _________________ 1973 BayWindow running 1.9 110 bhp TDI with flipped gearbox. |

just to say ive sorted this - using the carbon canister as part of the gold gti setup.
Link fuel tank breather outlets to carbon canister which then pumps any fumes into inlet manifold to be burnt off _________________ '79 Bay running citroen 1.9td and phat tyres! |
